Invitation to Make a Novena for Haiti

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is asking the faithful to pray to Our Lady of Guadalupe on behalf of our brothers and sisters in Haiti.

The request is to begin a novena on January 12th which is the one year anniversary of the horrific earthquake which destroyed the capital, Port-au-Prince. The people of Haiti continue to work to rebuild, and this is an opportunity to be reminded of their needs and how we can help with our prayers and our resources.

The novena is to Our Lady of Guadalupe who is the patroness of the Americas.
