The IMPACT Rally is tonight at 6:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church on Park Street. At the rally, there will be updates on the two identified issues which IMPACT is addressing this year: increasing the number of affordable housing units for those in the area who earn less than $20,000 per year and assisting the same population in getting much needed dental care. In addition, there will be testimonies given by people from the area whom IMPACT is seeking to help.
